Console and Programs
It's also easy to monitor your workout progress on the LS10.0T's backlit LCD display, which includes two LED feedback windows that track your speed, incline, time, distance, and more. The console also challenges you with 12 workout programs, including Manual, Speed Intervals, Peak Intervals, Weight Loss, Rolling Hills, Foothills, Mountain Climb, 5k, 10k, Pacer, Custom, and downloadable Livestrong.com programs. The variety of workout programs help you train for a race, tone muscle, build stamina, target weight loss, or add terrain variety to your run.

4Sturdy, well constructed
By John F. Diamond
I've had this unit since Black Friday, and have used it... well since I made my New Year's resolution.
Ok - let's air the dirty laundry first: the USB stick "save" function is a bit confusing, the speakers are sort of wimpy, and the beep notification for speed/elevation changes can't be disabled.
Those things aside, this is a VERY GOOD treadmill. It's quiet, comfortable, and full of features. Having additional speed and incline controls along the arms is very convenient if you want to change them in stride.
I do agree with the first post - the USB function does leave something to be desired; but once you figure out how to use it, it's workable. This thing is a solid piece of gear and both my wife and I have been very happy so far. I would definitely buy it again!

3Updated review. Have had a few problems but support is outstanding!
By J. Syverson
Worked great for almost a year. Now if I go faster than 6 MPH it has eratic speeds. When I punch in 7MPH to get a stride it suddenly goes to about 10 MPH then down to almost a stop, then back up. I almost flew into the console the first time it happened. Very dangerous. Very disappointed. Now I can only use it for walking. This product does not last.

1Lemon
By Tyler
The treadmill hasn't worked properly since I got the product. They livestrong sent out a tech and it took a out two weeks to get the guy to come out. They had to replace my whole computer because the screen kept going back to the start page. They also had to replace the wiring that connected everything. The tech left because it seemed like everything was working fine but I started to use the treadmill and the heart rate monitors weren't working. I called live strong tech again and they said the sensors must not be working. They were going to have to schedule another appointment for the tech. I asked them if they could extend my warranty to restore my faith in the product. They would only extend it for 60 days and I explained by the time it comes to one year it probably won't work. I only asked for a one year extension but they refused and said I could just take it back instead. I thought it said something that they wouldn't stand by their product for one more additional year. I may have just had bad luck...
