I purchased the elliptical on Amazon and received it on the date promised. The scheduling of the actual delivery was relatively painless and they brought the machine into my house for me. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took about two hours (though it could have been less without my four year-old assistant). Plan on approximately 1.5 hours for assembly.
The machine itself is quite sturdy. We have been using it for three days so it is still a little early to say that we love it, but so far, so good. The workouts will take some time to get used to (in terms of programming and what works for each of us) but I am confident that there are several workouts to meet our goals. There is a significant variety of levels and inclines, which is great for multiple workout types as well as for individuals with different goals and abilities. The best feature so far is the electronically controlled incline/decline. Having the ability to change the incline without stopping and getting off the machine is more of a benefit than I would have expected. Other features that are nice, but that don't make or break this purchase for us are the audio jack and the fan. Nice features to have, but I wouldn't say they should impact your decision making process.
Overall, I recommend this product based on our limited sample size. I will check back in a month or so to report on how things are going.

I have owned my 10e for about 3 weeks now, and I really like it. The pedals are very big, the display is easy to use, assembly was actually pretty easy and I work up a great sweat very quickly. The only thing I didn't think about before purchase was the extra height. I'm 5'10", so when I stand on it in our basement, my head is pretty close to the ceiling. I had to move it a little, so my head wasn't right below a light.
I'm very glad I purchased this one instead of the 13e, as the 13 does NOT have a rest area for an iPad. There is a little lip on the 10e, plus a piece of rubber to keep my iPad firmly in place. My iPad covers up the display completely, but that is fine with me. I turn on Netflix and time quickly flies by.
I assembled the entire thing myself (37YO female) with minor assistance from my husband when connecting the wires, then moving it into it's final place. My husband said the deliverymen carried it down to our basement for us. Everything was nicely labeled and the instructions are easy to follow. One part of the box was crushed, but nothing inside was remotely damaged.
The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it wobbles back and forth a bit. I also wish the handles were a little longer. Because of my height, I'm only able to hold onto the very top part of the handles, and it gets uncomfortable after awhile.

Our last elliptical machine had turned into a loud jalopy after about 10 years of use, so what I really wanted in a new machine was something *quiet*. With this elliptical I can easily listen to music or podcasts at normal volume while I exercise. It went together pretty easily, too, taking about 3-4 hours to assemble. I especially appreciated how all the bolts, washers, etc. were organized; they came shrink wrapped onto a piece of cardboard and organized according to assembly step. No hunting for the right sized bolt! We've been using it consistently for a couple months and are very happy with it.
